We are your single source with access to a global network of OEM and third-party Part-145 repair stations approved under the Boeing Supplier Quality System. We provide extensive repair management services for all Boeing models under or outside of warranty.

In addition to providing aircraft parts repair services for Boeing planes, we are committed to supporting operators and maintenance teams with off-platform solutions across various aviation markets.

    Boeing Engineering Support

    Boeing offers complimentary engineering support through the Boeing Dallas Service Center. In contrast to the repairs provided by MROs, which incur additional costs for engineering assistance, our engineering support is included at no extra charge. This support encompasses a range of services, including but not limited to repair development, repair approval, warranty determination, and reliability investigations.

  • Boeing's in-house repair station - The Seattle Distribution Center Repair Station is a 25,000 sq. ft. repair shop equipped to repair flight controls, nacelles, wingtips, panels, and doors installed on any Boeing aircraft, featuring a paint and sanding booth, composite hot bond machine, machine shop, and access to an autoclave.
  • We have a centrally located repair management center in Dallas, Texas; and strategically located account managers in Singapore and Amsterdam, Netherlands.
  • No PMA or reverse engineering.
  • Boeing's engineering support is free of charge through the Dallas Service Center. Engineering support includes, but is not limited to repair development, repair approval, warranty assessment, and reliability investigation.
  • 24/7 support provided through Boeing First Responder.

Off-platform repairs

Repair Management Services are available for non-Boeing parts supporting operators and maintainers from commercial, regional, business, and rotorcraft aviation markets, ensuring that all operators can access the necessary Repair Management Services for their non-Boeing components. This comprehensive support allows us to meet the diverse needs of our customers, reducing operational complexity and freeing up valuable resources.
